Edinburgh Club Venue - centrally located
Welcome to the RAF Edinburgh Club - located just off London Road, near Elm Row.
The RAF Edinburgh Club is located within a Georgian Townhouse, in William
Playfair's New Town, at 11 Hillside Crescent.
2010 Annual General Meeting
The minutes of the 2010 AGM are now available on request and can be sent by
email as a Word File.
The Club is centrally located, and the facilities include 2 bars, 2 Function
Rooms, Snooker Room (3 Tables), a Pool Table, a Darts Room and a TV Room.
The Club is a Members Club, and facilities are also available for rent.
Within the Club we have Golf and Fishing Sections, as well as Ladies Nights and
Social Events.
Club Membership
The Club has 2 levels of Membership - Full and Associate. You are welcome to
visit the Club to view, and discuss Membership. Temporary membership is also
possible and may be used by a group in relation to organising a function using
the Club function suites. Please phone the Club, and we can discuss your
requirements. You can download the application forms by clicking on Full Member or Associate Member.
The current Membership Fees are:-
FULL Membership = £75.00 ASSOCIATE Membership = £50.00 and include vouchers
for drinks at the bar. On joining there is also a once and for all joining fee
of £20.00
Venue for Hire
The main Function Room on the 1st Floor has a stage, dance floor, private bar,
and seating for 60 guests. The Function Rooms are used for the Fringe Festival,
Receptions, Birthday Parties and Funerals at modest and attractive prices. The
facilities are free for members, as long as the cost of bar staff provision is
met.
The club is centrally located, and is ideal for a variety of uses. It is a
venue that you should seriously consider joining.
